Automatically, we also collect:

• Marketing attribution data (such as UTM parameters and click identifiers like fbclid) passed in the link you arrived from
• A consent record — the exact disclosure you agreed to, with a timestamp — and, where applicable, a TrustedForm certificate
• If you speak with our scheduling assistant, a recording and transcript of that call

• To contact you about your request — including by automated technology, AI-generated or prerecorded voice, and text message — and to schedule your estimate or service
• To match you with, and share your request with, a licensed contractor in our network
• To confirm appointments and send reminders
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to secure our services
• To measure and improve our advertising and our service

By submitting our form, you agree that ac-n-heating.com and the licensed HVAC contractors in its network may contact you at the number and email you provided, including by automated technology, AI-generated or prerecorded voice, and text message, about heating and cooling services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and dispute resolution.

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of calls by telling us or emailing support@ac-n-heating.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly and permanently.

We share your information with:

• Contractors in our network — the licensed HVAC contractor matched to your request. See our Partner List.
• Service providers that operate our service on our behalf — including telephony/voice (Vapi), hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery (Resend), and bot-protection and analytics providers — under agreements that limit their use of your data.
• Advertising platforms such as Meta, to measure and optimize our ads (see below).
• Legal — when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your information for money.

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to understand how our ads perform and to reach similar people. This may involve sharing hashed identifiers (like your email or phone) with Meta for measurement and matching. You can manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings and via your device's ad controls.

• Opt out of texts (reply STOP), calls, or emails at any time
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal limits (for example, we retain consent records as required to document your authorization)
• Opt out of the “sharing” of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our service, document consent, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Our service is for homeowners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
